In terms of childcare duties this will include looking after the children afterschool, help with school runs when needed, managing morning and evening routine (preparing breakfast, making sure children have all they need for school), overseeing their homework and piano tutoring, cooking for them (children have asthma and nuts allergy and the house is nuts-free), spending time with the children during holidays taking them to various outings, baby-sitting 1/week between Mon-Fri, keep their schedule organised, and so forth.

With regards to housekeeping, as the house is large they have also hired a cleaner that comes 30 hrs a week and does the cleaning and laundry, however you will be required manage the rest of  housekeeping duties of 5-bedroom house  with focus on family laundry and ironing (wardrobes and copboards organising), unpacking food deliveries, fridge management, household supplies list, ensuring a smooth run of the household.
